Our mission is to help meet the needs of our brothers and sisters in our local community and abroad, and to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone we meet. Every year, we exercise campaigns to raise awareness in our community that people are in need, both physically and spiritually. As the church, it is our job to work together in acts of service by sharing our time, talents, and gifts to help meet those needs and to share the love of Jesus Christ. The need remains critical in this isolated, rural distressed area. Chronic poverty, lack of jobs, poor housing, and rugged mountainous terrain provide obstacles to a fuller life for the residents of this area. Red Bird Mission and Clinic strives to meet these needs through education, health, housing improvement, outreach, and economic opportunities.
